Marketing for local service businesses, nationwide

Marketing that shows you which job came from where.

We run your Google Ads, Local Services Ads, SEO and Business Profile. Every lead lands in the SyncShepherd CRM, gets answered in minutes and followed up for months, and shows on one dashboard with its source and what it cost.

Flat monthly rates. No percentage of spend. Every account stays in your name.

What the dashboard showed two clients

Live figures. Revenue counts only jobs won from leads the marketing brought in, tracked in the CRM to the close.

$1.27M

From 116 jobs we generated

Home services client, 12 months. 947 leads, 88% booked an appointment, average won job $10,994

+90%

Versus the same period last year

$826,502 against $434,888, season-controlled so it isolates the marketing from the weather

$225k

New revenue, first 6 months

Foundation repair client, from the day we started. 3.3x return, 8.4x more visitors

The reality

Your marketing is reporting to nobody.

Most contractors do not have a lead problem. They have a measurement problem. Three vendors, three reports, and nobody can say which job came from where.

Dashboard: jobs won and revenue by month
01

Leads fell off and the answer is “seasonality”.

Season-controlled numbers exist. Ask for revenue against the same months last year and watch the excuse disappear.

02

Google shows you. Your site does not close.

A homeowner clicks the ad, lands on a slow page with a dead phone link, and calls the next guy. Fixed before a dollar is spent.

03

The ad account is in the agency’s name.

So leaving means starting over. Every account we run stays in yours.

04

The monthly PDF says “impressions”.

Your bank account says otherwise. We report jobs won and what each one cost to get.

We built the dashboard because we were tired of this too.

Results

Real businesses. Real numbers.

Every case below is a client we run today. Floors, not peaks. The figures come straight from their dashboards.

Dashboard: marketing impact, revenue by channel versus the same period last year

revenue vs. same period last year

Every channel up, and you can see which one did it

Google ads +89%. Local Services Ads +1,276%. Email +961%. Facebook +221%. Measured against the same months last year, so a good season cannot take the credit.

Leads to appointments to jobs won

Every lead we generate is followed to the close. 88% booked an appointment, 116 became jobs, $1.27M in revenue from those jobs. That is the dashboard, not a slide.

SyncShepherd CRM

The lead is only half the job. The CRM closes it.

Ads and SEO get the phone to ring. The SyncShepherd CRM makes sure nobody is left on read: every call, form and text lands in one inbox, gets an answer in minutes, gets booked, and gets followed up until it becomes a job or says no. Built and customized by us for the trades, and it is the same system that feeds the dashboard.

Minutes

Missed call, instant text back

A homeowner who cannot reach you calls the next name on the list. The CRM answers first.

Booked

Appointments, not phone tag

Estimates land on the calendar from the text thread, with reminders that cut no-shows.

Months

Follow-up that does not quit

Quoted but not booked? Nurture sequences by text and email keep you in front of them until they decide.

Reviews

Asked at the right moment

Job done, review request sent, Business Profile grows. Automatic.

Pipeline

Lead to estimate to job won

Every opportunity has a stage and a dollar value. That is where the dashboard’s revenue numbers come from.

Yours

Your data, your account

Contacts, conversations and history stay in your name. Leave and you keep all of it.

Services

Your goals, our channels.

About

A small team that answers its own phone.

SyncShepherd was founded by Mark Randall in Centralia, Washington and Darren Muzzy in Michigan, and works with service businesses across the country from both coasts. Mark built the reporting dashboard, wrote the Enhanced Schema Plugin, and runs the servers and client accounts himself. Every account is handled by one of the founders, not passed to an account manager.
